01 Acceptance of Terms

When you engage Shanvi Enterprises (the “Company”, “we”, or “us”) for manpower or staffing services, or use this website, you (the “Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services or this website.

02 Definitions

• Client — a business or individual that engages Shanvi Enterprises for manpower or staffing services.
• Candidate / Worker — a person sourced, screened, and deployed by Shanvi Enterprises.
• Services — the manpower supply, staffing, and related workforce solutions described on this website.

03 Scope of Services

Shanvi Enterprises provides skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers, contract labour, and temporary or permanent staffing across the industries shown on this website. The specific roles, duration, scope, and deployment terms for each assignment will be confirmed separately in a work order or service agreement with the Client.

04 Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• share accurate and complete details for every requested role;
• maintain a safe work environment for deployed workers, as required by law;
• supervise workers’ day-to-day duties while they are at the Client’s premises; and
• make payments according to the agreed fees and schedule.

05 Fees & Payment Terms

Charges for supplied manpower will be set out in the relevant quotation or work order. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe shown on the invoice. As agreed in writing, late payments may result in interest charges or a temporary suspension of services.

06 Worker Supervision & Statutory Compliance

Shanvi Enterprises is responsible for statutory obligations relating to deployed personnel, including ESIC, EPF, and minimum-wage payments where required under Indian law. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the Client is responsible for supervising the workers’ day-to-day activities at its premises.

07 Confidentiality

Both parties must keep non-public business, operational, and financial information shared during the engagement confidential. Neither party may share it with a third party without consent, unless disclosure is required by law.

08 Liability & Indemnity

Shanvi Enterprises takes reasonable care when screening and deploying personnel. Unless the law requires otherwise, our liability for a claim connected to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement involved. Each party will compensate the other for losses directly caused by its own negligence or breach of these Terms.

09 Termination of Services

Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving the written notice set out in the relevant work order. Shanvi Enterprises may withdraw personnel if the Client does not provide a safe working environment or otherwise breaches these Terms.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our Services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11 Amendments to Terms

Shanvi Enterprises may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use our Services or this website after an update is posted, you accept the revised Terms.
